Based on my experience, Sharda University is the best university in Delhi NCR and will be a superior choice for you.
The impressive infrastructure, top-notch labs, state-of-the-art facilities, diverse academic offerings, 130+ Programmes in 12 disciplines, amazing faculty, a curriculum beyond the classroom and the on-campus Sharda Hospital makes Sharda stand out as a university. The university also offers several scholarships based on merit and other criteria. When I took admission I was able to get a 50% scholarship based on my CUET Score.
From conventional career options like Engineering and Medical to unconventional choices like filmmaking and game design, there is a course for every student. The on-campus hostels are made such that the students feel at home. The hostel includes facilities like Wi-Fi, AC rooms, laundry service, etc. Every year the university organises the annual Fest Chorus and some other cultural fests.
In the case of the curriculum, I would say that it is pretty advanced. It doesn't just teach you the theory but also gives you a taste of the real world by hooking you up with industry pros and practical learning experiences.
My observations, both as an alumni of Sharda University and through my friendship with a former Galgotias student, have led me to this conclusion. Hope this helps.

Back during college days we had a little fun with a dewar flask and liquid nitrogen. Kind of like this Someone scooped up a handful of liquid nitrogen and threw it in my face. What do you think happened? Did my face freeze solid? No. I didn’t have frostbite either. It felt like a splash of cold water for a second and then nothing, I was dry. Quite an interesting experience really. Liquid nitrogen is denser than air and has a temperature well below -150 F. It’s only about 3% as dangerous as you think, but nonetheless well above the dangers of the air you mention. You could get frostbite within minutes, the guy who doused his t-shirt in liquid nitrogen and then put it on did get second degree frostbite on his back, but you won’t freeze solid or anything like that. The greatest danger is the shock you’ll suffer from breathing in such cold air. After that it’s the frostbite and the bitter cold, yes.

I am in Pattaya right now and have been staying here for the last three days and the following are the deductions from what I have heard from cab drivers, YouTube vlogs and seen from own experience. If you don't want to land in any trouble, stay away from the massage parlours. They will lure you into something else and take you upstairs or into a separate room and they will claim that you have misbehaved with the masseuse and will call the police on you. They will blackmail you basically and you will end up parting ways with at least a couple of thousands of bahts. Similarly, stay away from any over-friendly freelancer, especially at the Pattaya Walking Street. They will try to touch you, hug you but they are not being friendly. They are finding ways to get inside your pockets and steal your wallet or snatch a chain or a ring.
