1. innermost ear ossicle' or the 'Stapes'

The only part of the human body which does not grow in size from birth to death is the 'innermost ear ossicle' or the 'Stapes'.

Anatomical examinations in all dissected fetuses showed that tympanic cavity contains three auditory ossicles including malleus, incus and stapes. The malleus is the most lateral and the largest ossicle and the stapes is the innermost and the smallest of all .

2. Eye Ball

The eye ball is the part of the human body that does not grow in size from birth to death.

While other organs and body parts undergo growth and changes throughout life, the size of the eye ball remains relatively constant after reaching its full adult size.
